BRAVO Models

BRAVO Models is a Tokyo agency founded in 1996 by Shoko Arai, who remains its president. The agency describes Arai as one of the pioneering women to fully own a modelling agency in Japan. BRAVO built its international activity through long-term relationships with agencies worldwide and scouts across major fashion markets, bringing international models to Tokyo while also representing Japanese and mixed-heritage models. Its current boards separate Women and Men, including in-town and direct-booking talent, alongside Asian Women and Asian Men. The company is based in Sarugakucho, Shibuya.
