Louisa Models — Hamburg

Louisa Models was founded in Munich in 1981 by Louisa von Minckwitz. The agency says the discovery of Julia Stegner helped establish its international reputation. It operates from Munich and Hamburg and describes its management model as individual career planning rather than a standardized path, supported by international partner agencies, brands and photographers. Louisa Talents is a separate, selective talent division focused on tailored brand-building strategies. Booking and Scouting & Placement functions are identified separately for Hamburg.
