Shine Talent Group — West Hollywood

Shine Talent Group is a creator and influencer management agency founded in 2015 by Jess Hunichen and Emily Ward. Its US office is in West Hollywood, California, with additional offices in Toronto and London. Shine supports social-media talent with career management, brand partnerships and commercial campaigns, while advising brands and marketing agencies on creator collaborations. The company grew out of Shine PR and has developed an international approach to talent representation. Creators seeking representation can use the official Contact form, choose Management as the reason for the enquiry, and provide their contact details, social handle and message. This is a way to enquire about representation, not a published promise of acceptance or an open casting. The agency's careers section separately concerns employment within the company.
