Free Wave

Free Wave is a Tokyo agency founded in 1992 by Mutsumi Takahashi after operations that began in 1989 as the Japan office of U.S. company Star Dance Connection. It initially represented foreign dancers and expanded into event casting before making foreign-model representation a core business in 2000. Today it manages foreign and mixed-heritage models, actors, children, narrators, dancers, musicians, performers and influencers. The company reports roughly 3,000 registered talents from more than 100 countries and operates Tokyo and Osaka offices. Its stated founding values emphasise trust with clients and registered talent and social contribution through talent-agency work.
